DDM Lettings offers two main types of Property Management services: Fully Managed and Let Only. In both cases, DDM Lettings can provide valuable expertise and support, tailored to the landlord’s level of involvement.
Fully Managed Service
Is ideal for landlords who want a completely hands-off experience. They prefer to have a professional team handle everything—from tenant sourcing and rent collection to maintenance and legal compliance—giving them peace of mind that all aspects of the property are being taken care of.
Let Only Service
Is a great option for landlords who want to take on the responsibility themselves but need help with the initial tenant search, referencing, and compliance paperwork. It’s a good fit for those who have the on going industry knowledge but initially need some professional support at the start of the tenancy.
